Read numerical comparison results

Completeness, finite outputs and preset error limits are checked separately; numerical agreement is narrower than physical validation.

What Passed means

A result must retain the full interval, every accepted native output point, increasing finite times, finite required signals, matching block quantities, the correct reference version and exact solver settings. Pulse comparisons also require every switch instant.

For each signal, maximum absolute error is max |native − reference|. RMSE is the square root of the mean squared error over accepted solver points. Adaptive points receive equal weight, so this is not a uniform-time integral. The gate is fixed before the run.

New versus historical evidence

The six original synthetic examples have freshly generated evidence and independent closed-form references. Their report identifies the model and source hashes. Unrelated historical thermal/engineering examples retain separate dates and scopes. The retired external-example results do not attest the replacements.

Passing establishes numerical agreement for the prescribed equations. It does not establish physical accuracy, safety, certification or parity with another application. Missing points, altered settings, incorrect units and stale model bindings should fail, even when the final value looks plausible.
